Preventative Maintenance


The Conveyco Life Cycle Support Program™ also offers Conveyco System Preventative Maintenance. This is carried out by our Certified Technicians, performing routine maintenance on each conveyor in our clients' systems to ensure they are running at optimum efficiency. Onsite maintenance includes, but is not limited to:

  • greasing of bearings,
  • making chain tension adjustments,
  • tracking belts,
  • others depending upon your system's unique requirements and equipment


Other minor equipment repairs can be made on the spot if the necessary parts are available onsite. Larger issues that are found will be included in the Maintenance Report that accompanies every maintenance call, along with a list of the parts required, the cost of these parts, and a labor cost estimate for a Conveyco Certified Technician to return at later date to make the repairs.
